This trip exceeded my expectations. We were blessed with wonderful weather. Every morning, we saw icebergs in the bay while we ate breakfast. I was blown away by all the icebergs we saw on our boat trip to the Ilulissat Icefjord. On a separate boat trip to the Eqi Glacier, we not only saw the glacier and some interesting icebergs, but we also saw humpback whales. The marathon was challenging, but we had great views of the Icefjord from the trails.

Such a great travel group!! Scott was professional, very organized, attentive and super friendly. All parts of the trip were very well planned and selectively chosen— they strive to and succeed in making the experience unique and different than what you’d find with a larger travel organization. And the group members were pretty great. :) Everything was exceptional and 5 stars is not enough. Am eager to join future travel adventures…. 13.1 and counting!

We had a terrific time - several of us ran the Prague Half Marathon (one of the SuperHalfs) and family came for support. The hotel that was part of the Coddiwomple package was terrific (the Presidente). The race itself was fun and highly recommended. The hotel was conveniently located to get to different city sites (as well as the race). Coddiwomple included events such as a welcome reception, runners dinner, walking tour and river cruise that occcupied parts of the four day stay while still leaving time to spend with the family (thoughtfully, the family was invited to attend an event on a couple occasions). Scott and Christine were terrific hosts. We are looking at our schedules to see what might be a next trip!

One of the most amazing trips I have ever taken! It was not just a vacation but an adventure! The words in this review will never do it justice! Even though our flights got canceled the day we were leaving, Scott was there to help us rebook and arrive at our amazing hotel! The Yak and Yeti was a wonderful and the grounds were beautiful. Everything was perfect and everything was thought of from our pick up at the airport to our drop off to go home. The tours, the food, the guides and guest speakers, we were on a cloud the whole time! We had places to sit and relax and take it all in as well as tours that were like small adventures around the country. The Half Marathon was one of the most challenging races I have ever run. The views were incredible while running, the people were cheerful along the way and to start from the hotel and cross the finish line right out front, was the best way to start and finish a race. The Terraces Hotel had breath taking views and the accommodations left me feeling like royalty. Our trip to Pokhara and the Fish Tail lodge I will never forget. What an amazing and unique property. The choice to go on the extension would only be a regret if I had not chosen to go! Words cannot describe the trek up to Tengboche, the sights, the smells, the wonderful people and who can forget the yaks! An experience I will never forget for the rest of my life. While this was the end of the tour for most, we asked Scott to get us to Base Camp Everest and he was more than accommodating to us. We felt safe and secure knowing he and Jakie had us well taken care of with Sherpa’s and Porters the whole way. When coming back down we were asked if we wanted a helicopter back Lukla from Loboche instead of walking back, worth it!!! You must do this trip, you will regret it if you don’t! Great trip all around! We never would have been able to visit this part of the world and have the experiences we did without Coddiwomple‘s excellent planning and execution. They literally think of everything, from pick-ups and drop-offs at airports, to hotel selection, to cultural programming and tours. We never worried about our itinerary the whole time we were with them, and can’t wait until our next adventure with Coddiwomple!
